2022第二届水电与土木工程创新方案国际学术会议（HECE 2022）将于2022年7月16日-17日在杭州召开，往届HECE系列会议论文集均成功出版并被EI数据库检索，本次HECE2022已与国际出版商达成出版协议，出版后检索方式：Scoups and Ei Compendex，该系列EI检索十分稳定。本轮截稿日期是5月30日，所有被HECE2022接受的文章都将提交EI Compendex，SCopus等重要数据库检索，EI检索周期在出版后一个月左右。
