This conference is jointly organized by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Alliance of International Science Organizations (ANSO) and to be hosted by the Institut Pasteur of Shanghai, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IPS) and ANSO Alliance of Infectious Diseases (ANSO-AID). A number of top-notch researchers and speaker from some of the best institutions in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa are invited to give a talk at the event. We aim to facilitate such a scientific dialogue and to give a clear and authoritative message on how much we have learnt of the virus and how to better and effectively develop drugs and vaccines for the preparedness of the next wave of the coronavirus host jump and spreading.
