The Second China-ASEAN Symposium on High-Quality Development (CASHQD 2023) will be held in Jinan, China during 30th June-1th July, 2023, and be jointly organized by School of Economics, Shandong University of Finance and Economics (SDUFE), China, and Faculty of Economics, Chiang Mai University (CMU), Thailand.  The theme of CASHQD 2023 is Digital Economy and High-Quality Development. Its main objectives are outlined as follows: to bring together researchers working on High-quality Development; to attract researchers working in social sciences (economics, business, management and environmental sciences) who are interested in high-quality development in China and ASEAN; to bring together researchers and practitioners in order to foster the collaboration on research and application involving High-Quality Development and Digital Economy; and to present and discuss open research problems and novel applications. Proposal for special sessions and workshops is encouraged and welcome.
