About the Conference
2022 2nd International Conference on Measurement Control and Instrumentation (MCAI 2022) will be held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China from July 22 to 24, 2022. MCAI 2022 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of “Measurement Control” and “Instrumentation" to a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in “Measurement Control” and “Instrumentation” and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world.
We warmly welcome experts and scholars from universities and research institutions at home and abroad to submit papers and attend the conference!

All accepted full papers will be published by Conference Proceedings (EI) and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Ma Zongmin, professor and doctoral supervisor of North Central University. Executive director of the Quantum Sensing and Precision Measurement Branch of China Instrument Society, winner of the 2021 Shanxi Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, outstanding young academic leader in Shanxi Province, project evaluation expert of the National Defense Science and Industry Bureau, and key research and development plan project meeting evaluation expert of the Ministry of Science and Technology , experts of the general group of key special projects for the development of major scientific instruments and equipment of the Ministry of Science and Technology, etc.
Prof. Yinquan Yu
East China Jiaotong University, China
Speaker Bio:
Dr. Yinquan Yu is a distinguished professor and Ph.D. advisor in East China Jiaotong University (ECJTU). He serves as the director of Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining in ECJTU and is a long-term project award winner of the "Double Thousand Plan" Innovation Leading Talents in Jiangxi Province, China. Prof. Yu is the Senior member of IEEE, IES, and a mentor of IES-INCA. He received his B.Eng. degree in mechanical engineering from the Chongqing University, China, in 1991, the M.S. degree in Mechatronics from National university of Singapore (NUS) in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from NUS in 2014. His research activities are design and analysis Smart Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), Machine Health Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis, Mechatronics and Robotics, Shock Absorption and Noise Reduction of High-speed and High-precision Equipment, Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining.
His editorial and reviewer experiences of the peer-reviewed of several SCI international journals span across IEEE and ASME international transactions and conferences such as IEEE Journal of Transactions on Magnetics, Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Transactions on Magnetics, IEEE Access, Journal of Sensors, ASME Microsystem Technologies and Advances in mechanical engineering. Prof. Yu served as Singapore executive committee member of ASME (2017-2018) and a member of organizer, APMRC 2010. He had been a scientist in A-star and appointed as a Principal Investigator (PI) to lead 3 Singapore government funded research projects and the member participated in the completion of 13 ASTAR & DSO funded research project. He has published more than 20 papers have been published in the international journals related to IEEE & ASME, and has 12 provisional patents/technology disclosure applications. Two of these patents were purchased by MARVELL, the largest chipmaker in the United States.

Instructions for Authors
· The paper is an English manuscript, and the paper should have academic or practical value, and have not been published at home and abroad academic journals or conferences. The authors of publishing the paper shall submit the full text to conduct peer reviews, and only the authors who do not publish their paper simply submit a summary.
· The author can use Crosscheck, Turnitin or other inquiries of the insignificant self-expenditure, otherwise the rejected personnel caused by the repetition rate of the article will be responsible by the authors. The papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and published in the conference homepage.
· The paper needs to be placed in accordance with the template of the official website, and must not be less than 4 pages.
** Note: Accepted and completed the registered papers, if you need to apply for a revocation, 30% of the handling fee will be deducted.
