About BRF-RTD 2022

On November 29, 2019, in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on railway work, and conscientiously implement the "Belt and Road" initiative and the "Outline for the Construction of a Transportation Power", the first "Belt and Road Rail Transit Development Forum" initiated by Lanzhou Jiaotong University and jointly sponsored by China National Railway Group and Gansu Provincial People's Government was successfully held in Lanzhou. More than 280 people attended the forum, including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Development Research Center of the State Council, and experts from relevant provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, enterprises, universities, news units and various units in the road. The Central Broadcasting Network, Xinhua Net, People's Network, Daily Gansu and other major media made a number of special long reports on the conference, which jointly created a good atmosphere of public opinion and played an important role in promoting the "Belt and Road" and the strategy of strengthening the country with transportation and strengthening the country, and forming a broad social consensus.

 

In order to further promote the high-quality development of the "Belt and Road" and implement the "14th Five-Year Plan" national transportation power strategy, the second "Belt and Road" Rail Transit Development Forum will be held in Lanzhou on August 17-19, 2022. With the theme of "Rail Transit Service Safety and Intelligent Maintenance for High-quality Development", the forum focused on the key technological innovation and talent training of rail transit in the "Belt and Road" and related areas, exchanging results, enlightening ideas and seeking common development.

The conference is open to the public, and the paper can choose Chinese or English submission; The submitted paper has not been published in an academic journal, other conference or proceedings; The content is forward-looking and innovative, and does not involve secret information; The arguments are clear, the data is reliable, the diagrams are clear, and the text is concise. After the Chinese manuscript was approved by experts, it will be published in the Journal of Lanzhou Jiaotong University and the "'Belt and Road' Rail Transit Development Forum Album".

The English manuscript is officially published in the form of conference proceedings after being selected and reviewed by experts (EI search, EI search type is CA, the paper layout fee is about 3500 yuan / article, less than 6 pages), for high-quality papers, according to the needs of the authors, the conference affairs team can assist in recommending them to the relevant EI/SCI journals for publication.
