About the conference:

 In recent years, under the strategic layout of the national health industry, biotechnology and food science have been developing rapidly, and the intersection of food synthetic biotechnology, precision nutrition, food safety and quality, molecular nutrition and microbiology has been developing strongly, while it is important to explore food nutrition and health, and to explore new probiotic food issues. To this end, the 4th Academic Conference on Biotechnology and Food Science will be held in Guangzhou, China, from 16 to 18 December 2022. The conference is organised by Guangzhou University and hosted by the School of Life Sciences, Guangdong Aisi Institute of Academic Exchange and AEIC Academic Exchange Centre.

   The theme of the conference is "Integration and Innovation of Modern Biotechnology and Food Science", focusing on frontier hotspots such as bioengineering, biomedicine, microbiology, molecular nutrition, biochemistry, food science, agricultural technology, food safety and quality, food synthetic biotechnology, and food bio-intelligence industry. It aims to promote the crossover, integration and communication between the fields of biotechnology and food science at home and abroad, and to provide a high-level and open exchange platform for experts, scholars, scientists, entrepreneurs and related personnel engaged in biotechnology and food science research to understand and master the latest international scientific research results, academic frontier dynamics and development trends in the field of food science and biotechnology, which is conducive to promoting the continuous development and development of biotechnology and food science at home and abroad It is conducive to promoting the continuous development and collaborative innovation in the field of biotechnology and food science, and promoting the exchange and integration of technology research and development, industrial application and transformation of results between industry, academia and research fields. It is of great significance to promote the healthy, sustainable and high-quality development of the food and biotechnology industry.

   The Conference was chaired by Professor Liu Zhigang from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University and Professor Gu Zhen from Zhejiang University, the Academic Committee was chaired by Professor Li Jia from Guangzhou University, the Technical Committee was chaired by Associate Professor Kou Xingran from Shanghai University of Applied Technology and the Organising Committee was chaired by Associate Professor Shen Yingbin from Guangzhou University.

All submissions will be peer reviewed, and the accepted papers will be published and submitted to  EI Compendex (Web of Science) for indexing.

Manuscripts reviewed by experts from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published on conference proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted for EI, SCOPOUS, abstracting/indexing.

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.

2) All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
