All the articles must be written in English. Please prepare your paper in MS Word 2003 according to the template and submit your paper by the given deadline. All papers should be no less than 5 pages and no more than 10 pages in length and must be written in strict accordance with the format. 

For the 2013 International Conference on Performance-based Fire and Fire Protection Engineering, all accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published electronically by the journal of Procedia Engineering on the Elsevier ScienceDirect system. All papers will have DOI's assigned and will be part of the CrossRef system, including citation indexing. All papers are expected to be indexed by Scopus and EI Compendex. This assures the best possible dissemination of the contributions and assures that citations of the papers will be fully recognized.
