About the Conference:

     2021 International Symposium on Food Science, Technology and Engineering (ISFSTE 2021) will be held on May 12-13, 2021 in Guangzhou, China.

As the 3rd International Conference on Biofilms (Asia-Pacific Biofilms 2021), the conference venue will be set in South China University of Technology along with the main conference. The symposium will be hosted by South China University of Technology and Southern University of Science and Technology, and organized by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center.

     ISFSTE 2021 will be around on Food Microbiology and Food Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety and Health and other latest research fields. The conference provides an enabling platform for innovative scholars, engineers and industrial experts in the field of Food Microbiology and Food Chemistry, Food Science, Food Safety and Health to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technology, understand the academic development tendency, broaden the research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements. Distinguished scholars in related fields will give keynote speeches and share their latest research findings. This is undoubtedly the best opportunity for participants to introduce the latest developments and promote new cooperation. We hope that this conference could make a significant contribution to the update of knowledge about these latest scientific field.
