3. Abstract submission deadline is April 30th, 2019. Please do your best to submit the abstract via the conference website http://www.isuis.org by this date. If the abstract is accepted, you will recieve a notification email of acceptance. Then, you could submit full paper before the deadline (October 15th, 2019).
